On arrival we were met with a very friendly welcome & a nice glass of fizz. The level of hospitality & friendliness of the staff continued for the duration of our stay. Breakfast offered a continental and freshly cooked to order menu. The spa included a good size indoor swimming pool. The rooms were a good size & perfectly clean. Despite the convenient location & list of locally recommended restaurants we choose to eat in the bar each night. The food and cocktails were fabulous with great service. We had a lovely afternoon tea one day. Highly recommend this lovely relaxing hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you.

I made a fully flexible reservation last week for dates in June. The stay cost is over £1,700 and I received an email confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot travel due to a change in circumstances, so I emailed back to cancel, asking for a confirmation so I have the cancellation on record. No response. So I sent another email asking for a reply to my first email. No response. So now I will have to go to the expense of sending a recorded delivery letter, just so I am covered that I have cancelled and won’t be charged. If this is the level of service they provide when all you need is a reply to an email you’ve sent to the address they give to be contacted at, I can’t imagine how bad it gets if you actually stayed there.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. Greeted on arrival with a glass of fizz. Reception staff super helpful. Hotel is in a great location to reach everything. Can’t wait to come again.

First stay at the Club Hotel and Spa, definitely won’t be the last. Would recommend the Club Hotel to anyone wishing a relaxing and quality break. It’s Michelin starred restaurant Bohemia reflects the excellence and standards of the whole establishment.

Been here a couple of nights, 2 more to go. It's faultless! Hospitality at its best. All staff helpful, happy and professional. Food is superb, afternoon tea a delight and pool and spa really relaxing. Recommend you buy the bus pass, there's so much to see. We did the Zoo yesterday, along with Devil's Hole. The views are fantastic. The War Tunnels today. Jersey is a wonder place to be.

I booked this hotel to spend New Year's Day there, wishing to book directly I called the hotel and found a receptionist to whom I explained that the rate is cheaper on ******* than on their site, asking why and explaining that I would like to book by phone to which she replies that the rates are cheaper on ******* and that I have to book there to benefit from the best rate (no effort is made, I imagine that she does not didn't have time?)
So I made my reservation. Bad luck: a very big storm breaks out and our ferry is canceled. We are from Normandy, so we plan to come back and I call the hotel to ask if it is possible to exceptionally cancel or postpone my stay because I have no way of coming… to which I am told to see with *******: ok logic. I call ******* who tells me to make a cancellation request to the hotel and that the decision is up to them: it is therefore the hotel that decides. I comply and “surprise” no action is made and it is refused. I send an e-mail explaining the situation, exceptionally requesting action, to which I am simply replied with a screenshot of the T&Cs. I understand the principle of the General Terms and Conditions which we obviously sign when booking, but a little compassion is never too much to ask for, especially at the end of the year and with ferries canceled by a storm. I will never book with them again due to this deplorable customer service. You em
