非常到位的服務，前台很熱情，客房服務也很到位：
1.每次打掃房間後都會幫忙摺好睡衣，補充水和食物，並留下打掃者的姓名
2.前台接電話很快。我們遇到了三個問題，都在5分鐘之內解決。
3.地理位置極佳，距離bus station衹有3分鐘路程，背後就是市中心（central market），距離所有網紅餐廳都很近（除Oyster box等在海邊的餐廳外）
4.酒店很乾凈，客房大，設施新，尤其是衞生間，配套設施很足且用的Th White Company套裝。

The location sells this hotel but the reality of staying there doesn't disappoint. It feels more targeted to the business market but leisure travellers won't be at all disappointed. Rooms aren't huge but the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable, the aircon keeps the temperature where you want it (unlike some hotels where it switches off during the night and you boil) and it is very quiet. Definitely my first choice when visiting Jersey.

We had a 5 night stay at Pomme D'or and can't fault it. We stayed in a superior harbour view room which as you would expect had great views over liberation Square and the harbour. Our room was comfortable and clean with daily service and they also topped up supplies of water , biscuits ect. The whole hotel is very clean with attention to detail and staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast is a all you can eat buffet which was excellent and we were spoilt for choice. We also went to one of the Pomme's places to eat the the cafe bar which had a good selection and food was very good. Would definitely recommend we will be returning ☺️

Ausgesprochen guter Service, Rezeption, Restaurant, Café, alles sehr gut. Lage des Hotels prima. Kurze Wege zum Hafen, in die Stadt. Busbahnhof nebenan. Hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant „ Harbour Room“ mit täglich abwechselnden Buffets. Gerne wieder!

We were staying for 3 nights at the pomme d‘or hotel. Everything was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast and the room was comfy. The hotel is at the centre. Really great
