Great hotel with rich history. Clean and great location.

A hotel in an excellent location with brilliant staff and very good food . Has an option to eat in the bar/ cafe instead of a formal restaurant but both are very good. Would always use again.

Beautiful hotel enriched in so much history. First time in Jersey and will 100% be back. Treated my parents for an early 70th Birthday surprise (who both had visited previously and recommended). The hotel itself is spotless and amazing rooms looking into the marina. I love history and was in awe at the fact you could see our room in one of the Liberation Day photos. Food was amazing and clear signage for vegetarians (a particular bugbear of mine when staying in hotels abroad as they don’t get it despite feedback). It was a pleasure to eat in the restaurants as a vegetarian. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who are all so mannerly, helpful and friendly, in particular Duncan and the restaurant staff who could not do enough to make you feel welcome. Also the reception staff who always asked if there was anything else they could do to make our trip enjoyable. My Mum happened to mention the trip was a present from me for their 70th. It was also our anniversary and the staff arranged for fizz and treats to be delivered to both rooms. The staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met on a trip. We did witness a couple of snooty, rude guests who spoke down to the staff in the bar which made us enrage as there is simply no excuse. People sometimes do get things wrong, however no excuse for this sort of rudeness especially when the staff give 100% all the time. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will be back.

Himanshu in the restaurant (petite pomme) was extremely courteous professional and very attentive. He made our dinner a very special occasion and memorable for us. He is a credit to your company and we look forward to dining with you again.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay, central to everything, buses, shops, café bars , tourist attractions. The hotel staff are wonderful especial in the restaurant, very friendly, helpful and they look after your every needs, they make you feel very special. The breakfast is amazing and the buffet evening meals are delicious, such a vast choice and very tasty, well presented and first class. The rooms are very clean and tidy and serviced every day, just a great place to stay. Everyone is on hand to help with anything you require from booking taxis, to handing you umbrella's when raining ,to printing out your boarding cards for your return flights. We will be returning as soon as we can, the hotel made our holiday.
