Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très avenant et toujours à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du centre ville de Saint Helier. Il est au calme et dispose d'une piscine intérieure et extérieure. Le restaurant offre un grand choix de plats avec des produits de choix.

Lovely hotel well situated. Friendly and polite staff. Our room was a bit dated and needed modernising but it was clean and bed very comfortable. The superior rooms which we did not know about when we booked are far better and worth the extra cost. Lovely outdoor pool and terrace and indoor pool and gym

Lovely 3 days ..just bed as didn't do breakfast or even meals. Room was big an lovely ..would have liked a plug for phone near bed..an better coffee ..I'm fussy an nescafe isn't great! Staff fab an pool a great assett..would go again. A 15 min/1 miles walk to town to bear in mind . . We didn't have a car

Our room was basic, but clean, warm and very comfortable. The food was generous and delicious, and the pool just right. But the outstanding element was the staff.. Everyone we met was friendly, cheerful and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The hotel public areas and room furnishings were dated and the bed was uncomfortable, but the worst part of staying here was the smell. Everywhere throughout the hotel smells old and musty and it is very unpleasant. Did not try the food, the bar was relatively expensive.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très sympathique. Notre chambre était bruyante, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Petite piscine et jacuzzi très agréable, très peu fréquentés au moment où nous y étions. Le petit déjeuner nous a plu( sucré et salé).
