Location is Amazing .. over looking the Sea plus central to the city Center and bus stations .
I enjoyed my stay
My bed was clean
Sheet were fresh
Breakfast is great
Plus swimming pool and Gym
Definitely am coming back

I got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)

Friendly staff. Clean and large sea view room with everything equipped. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the waterfront restaurant. The food was very delicious and there was variety of food. My family and I had a very pleasure and relaxing experience in this hotel!

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa trea**ents as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa trea**ents should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

The hotel is lovely, nice spacious reception area, nice restaurant, excellent views from the terrace and very welcoming. The rooms are well presented and clean too. Unfortunately the restaurant staff forget about food orders and you can be waiting hours. The housekeeping make up beds but that’s as far as it goes - you have to keep using the same towels all week, the bottled water doesn’t get replaced nor does the tea and coffee. If you stay here all week you’re best not to have housekeeping and keep the tea bag out so you can reuse it all week - you only get one tea bag wether you stay one night or for the week. There was also an issue with the billing as staff were unfamiliar with their booking partner. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel with huge potential but the staff could do with a little training. I look forward to returning soon but probably won’t waste my time ordering food here whilst there’s a KFC across the road.

Stayed at the Radisson after watching some videos on YouTube. Lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel has a great bar and food was really good. Bar and reception staff were excellent. Our housekeeper knocked every evening to check we didn’t need anything. I’ve never had that before and great idea. The bed was really comfy and our view of Elizabeth Marina and Elizabeth Castle was worth paying for. Will stay here again when next visiting Jersey.
