i stayed here for 1 night last weekend. i was a solo traveller. the room was ok, a very small room with a single bed and table. the bathroom was ok, shower was dated, old and a bit rusty. my room was directly next to the pool entrance so it was noisy as the pool was often being used. the floors are like rice paper and you can hear every conversation of the people above you. the walls were also paper thin and could hear everything outside your room. the breakfast was the best part. full english buffet style, as well as cereals, juices, pastries, and toast. car park was very odd. had about 8 spaces outside the hotel which were all very weird angles and no one could park properly. there was an overflow car park which had about 10 more spaces so not the best when it gets busy i imagine. would not stay again

Great Hotel all round spotlessly clean and the all of the hotel team were great warm welcoming and friendly from the moment we would stay here again without hesitation, Our room was fresh and clean comfortable bed and really quiet at night The food was good with large choice both for evening meal and Breakfast

This hotel should not even be classed as 3 star!! Very tired got ongoing works and doesn’t look good. Sauna was electric and rusty would be scared to use it, so this put me off using Pool area. Ironing boards in ironing room were very dirty and needed recovering. Room was basic as expected but not great. Shower door didn’t work properly and couldn’t control heat in bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. We were booked in for breakfast but only went the once, food was terrible, cooked food was overcooked and pastries were stale. A very disappointing experience

Stayed here for 3 nights while working in Jersey. My room was small, with a single bed. I appreciate it’s only a 3 star, but compared to the Premier Inn, the Premier Inn is way superior. Negatives: - No sound proofing - No air conditioning - Poor shower pressure - really poor, was like a child’s watering can. - Breakfast starts at 7:30, which meant I had to skip it to get to work at 8. Premier Inn breakfast starts at 7am. - No iron in the room, you have to go to the ‘ironing room’ to do your ironing - this is by the swimming pool. - No robes to wear for getting to and from the swimming pool. You had to just use your room towel which was tiny. - Once you get past reception, the hotel is extremely dated and quite depressing. Positives: - Good location - Hair dryer in the room - Tea/coffee facilities in the room - Safe in the room I visit jersey every month and was supposed to stay here again, but this hotel just isn’t for me so I got my office to change the booking. I’ll be sticking to the Premier Inn for my future trips.

The staff at the hotel are welcoming and friendly, then I was told the swimming wasn't available (which wasn't informed until at hotel) heating in the room wasn't working on first night and not at all in the bathroom, when taps turned on black metallic/rust came out (says they don't do proper water checks) shower took 15mins just to warm-up
