The bed was difficult to sleep on and had collapsed. The overall hygiene is average, but fortunately the price is cheap and there is breakfast

The apartment was modern, well maintained, cleaned weekly and quiet, despite being above the bus station. The location is within easy walking reach of all St Helier has to offer and provides easy access to the rest of the island from the doorstep via the superb bus service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay and will certainy use the apartments again when we return to Jersy.

I stayed here for work. Reception not welcoming. a big screen blocking your face when sat down is very rude and off-putting. Lift only goes to some of the rooms and this wasn't made clear. The room smelt musky, shower dripped all the time. Man in restaurant rude, ladies attentive and food lovely but very over priced and small. Not clear where you can eat what menu. Saw on my way out of restaurant couple eating cheaper food chips and burger.. Confusing. Steps down to restaurant dark and no hand rail either and lounge furniture all low seating. The stay was disappointing but the bed was clean.

Restaurant review only here. Limited menu. More like Pub Grub in an expensive restaurant. Nothing wrong with Pub Grub but not sophisticated enough for this venue. Female waiter was great, male one was too pushy filling wine glass when requested not to.

The Good: Breakfast was good, and the hotel lobby looked nice. There were maps/leaflets in the lobby which was also useful for exploring the island. It was quiet, and the rooms had useful things like a mini fridge and a safe. Big wardrobe and comfortable bed. The Not-So-Good: Non-existent wi-fi that dropped every few minutes, no plugs or USB ports next to the bed so we had to charge our phones on the other side of the room, no extraction fan in the bathroom so even with the window open there was a lot of condensation, some mouldy patches on bathroom tiles and grouting (probably because of lack of extraction fan). Not the friendliest receptionist, when we checked out we were told to just put the keys in the jar (no asking how our stay was or ‘have a nice day’ etc.)

We spent our 50th Wedding Anniversary in the Savoy Hotel Jersey. The hotel is excellent and all the staff were professional and courteous. The restaurant 1840 has some of the best food in Jersey and is very reasonably priced. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed the whole experience. I would recommend this hotel and give a special mention to the restaurant waitress Tania who was superb. Don't miss the chance to stay in the little gem. Martin C

The Savoy is a lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Staff were all fantastically helpful and the food was very good. It location is about a 5 minute walk into St Helier and is all flat. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again in the summer.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are delightful and the restaurant 1840 is superb. 6 oysters for £12 and quality cuisine. Spent 8 days in the Savoy and would go back tomorrow. First Class. The G&T bar is welcoming and friendly with staff who cater for your every need. Special mention to Tania lovely professional and charming.

We stayed for New Years Eve and while we enjoyed our stay were disappointed with the lack of toiletries, do not disturb sign for our room and, ingredients during breakfast service however felt the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating which improved our experience as the look and cleanliness of the room and communal areas was poor.
It wouldn’t put us off staying again as we enjoy staycations and supporting local hospitality but there was a lot of basics missing from our room and the breakfast buffet was below par in comparison to recent previous stays here.
