curieusement j'ai été déçue
j'avais pourtant gardé un bon souvenir d'un précédent séjour
cette fois, un accueil tout juste poli
une télécommande qui ne marchait pas; personne n'est venu comme promis
le lit présente des angles pointus auxquels je n'ai pas manqué de me cogner + absence de vrai bureau et peu d'espace de manière générale

On a séjourné pour 2 nuits en famille.
Tout s'est très bien passée. L'accueil est vraiment top ils sont à l'écoute. J'ai demandé un lit bébé (gratuit) avant de venir il était installé dans la chambre à mon arrivée.
J'ai vu 4 personnes différentes à l'accueil et tout le monde est serviable et professionnel.
Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai si je séjourne encore sur Nantes.
Parking sur place gratuit. Centre commercial Atlantis. Tramway pas loin pour rejoindre le centre-ville.
