On est en Alsace dans un 4* mais il y a des ratés qui ne passent pas dans cette catégorie. Apéritif en Terrasse, nous demandons des bretzels ou autre et on nous répond qu’il n’ont plus de bretzels et rien d’autre, que l’on aura quelque chose au restaurant au moment du dîner. Restaurant : c’est bon c’est certain mais les asperges du Menu ne peuvent pas être prisent à la Carte, donc si on veut des asperges, c’est Menu obligatoire. Réveil aux aurores car pas de volet extérieur ou similaire. Et le must au moment de régler la note : “nous n’avons pas de connexion ce matin donc c’est paiement en espèces”. La piscine : c’est parfait Le petit déjeuner : un régal et la personne des petits déjeuner extrêmement serviable.

The hotel is beautiful. Anyway they say this is a 4stars hotel but the service is not corresponding to that rating. Breakfast costs 20 eur for person and that is really expensive as the breakfast is soo poor. I have had a poorost breakfast in this hotel. This is really sad fact. The other point is the shower that the water does not flow properly in the afternoon. It is a shame, because interior is really nice.

Nous avions une chambre double car nous avons 2 bébés. Les petits lits ont été installés avec soin dans le magnifique duplex qu'était notre chambre. Spacieuse, propre, très calme que demander de plus? Déjeuner à 20€ par personne, j'aurai aimé un petit crémant pour agrémenté cela sinon impeccable

Dormito una notte. L’hotel si trova in zona vicino alle vigne. C’è una spa che naturalmente non ho provato. Camere confortevoli con armadi dalle ante in FENIX nero. Pulite. Spaziose. Colazione ottima seppur un po’ cara direi … Personale gentile.

Dit is een een comfortabel en net hotel met een heel gezellige lounge/bar en buitenterras. Onze standaardkamer was netjes en volledig uitgerust met daarbij een luxueuze badkamer en apart toilet. Het ontbijt was relatief eenvoudig voor deze klasse maar wel voldoende. Het restaurant daarentegen biedt schitterende menu's in een klassiek kader. Een aanrader!

Très bonne accueil. Nous avons déjeuné au winstub, nous avons déjà dîner au restaurant gastronomique. Déjeuné en terrasse, ombragé et bien protégé par des arbres et plantes. Choucroute excellente ,a faire Bien conseillé absolument entre amis ou en amoureux. Merci a l'ensemble de la brigade en salle pour sa qualité de service A très bientôt

Abs0olutely wonderful! 5* for everything, the staff were great and happy to go out of their way, The room was very well appointed, the bed comfortable, the shower also good. The pool was sparkling, very large and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, particularly tasty with good, hot coffee in a pot brought to the table. The hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. Absolutely great!

Menu fin et délicieux ! Malheureusement gâcher par une chaleur extrêmement désagréable, la porte donnant sur la terrasse restant toujours ouverte on transpire à grosses gouttes…. Et cerise sur le gâteau vous avez les mouches en supplément !! INDIGNE d’un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique.

Superbe hôtel au pied du château du Haut koenigsbourg. Un vrai moment de détente, calme, moderne et très propre. Le coin piscine est fantastique dans un décor magnifique. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. .
