We spent two unforgettable days in this establishment, perfectly located at the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The service is simply impeccable with a special mention for Mustapha in the breakfast room. We also dined at the restaurant and enjoyed a succulent vegetarian meal (at our request of course). In short, a 100% positive experience that we look forward to repeating.

Delighted to have discovered this hotel among the Saint-Hippolyte hotels. Very good services: very spacious room, very appreciable calm, breathtaking view, very professional welcome. I just regret the size of the double bed which could have been larger given that the surface area of the room largely allows for it.

I introduced this beautiful region to my wife and a befriended couple from Denmark and decided to book a 2 nights weekend getaway at the Hotel Val Vignes in St. Hippolyte. The hotel itself is beautiful and so is the location. The service of the frontdesk team and all the employees we encountered is magnificent. We enjoyed every interaction with them. Beeing it pre- and afterdinner drinks, bike rental, wine storage; everything was great, and as mentioned, the staff is superb. The only disappointment was the actual room. We booked the Premium category, but the room didn't look at all as displayed. We had a parking view and the room was just OK. A bummer as it didn't match the overall wonderful experience we encountered at this exceptional hotel. Also, the room cleaning was not up to standard. Dirty towels (we put on the floor) were taken but not exchanged. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, but we would ensure we will get an appropriate room per booked category when visiting again.

We spent 2 nights. Everything went well, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean but quite old and the walls are very thin you can hear the neighbors. The breakfast is very good but simplistic. Overall we had a good stay
