Nous avons passé deux jours inoubliables dans cet établissement parfaitement situé au pied du Haut Koenigsbourg. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et la literie très confortable. Le service est tout simplement impeccable avec une mention particulière pour Mustapha en salle au petit-déjeuner. Nous avons également diné au restaurant et profité d'un succulent repas végétarien (à notre demande bien entendu). En bref, une expérience 100% positive que nous avons hâte de renouveler.

Ravie d'avoir découvert cet hôtel sur les hôtel de Saint-Hippolyte. Très belles prestations: chambre très spacieuse, calme très appréciable, vue époustouflante, accueil très professionnel. Je regrette juste la taille du lit double qui aurait pû être plus grand vu que la surface de la chambre le permet largement.

I introduced this beautiful region to my wife and a befriended couple from Denmark and decided to book a 2 nights weekend getaway at the Hotel Val Vignes in St. Hippolyte. The hotel itself is beautiful and so is the location. The service of the frontdesk team and all the employees we encountered is magnificent. We enjoyed every interaction with them. Beeing it pre- and afterdinner drinks, bike rental, wine storage; everything was great, and as mentioned, the staff is superb. The only disappointment was the actual room. We booked the Premium category, but the room didn't look at all as displayed. We had a parking view and the room was just OK. A bummer as it didn't match the overall wonderful experience we encountered at this exceptional hotel. Also, the room cleaning was not up to standard. Dirty towels (we put on the floor) were taken but not exchanged. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, but we would ensure we will get an appropriate room per booked category when visiting again.

Nous avons passer 2 nuits. Tout s'est bien passé, le personnel est très sympathique et a l'écoute. Les chambres sont propre mais assez vieille et les murs très fin on entend les voisins. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais simpliste. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour
