Very nice motel. Clean with good facilities and a very good breakfast. Well worth the money we paid.

I stayed the first night of the season and there were a few opening day hiccups. The staff always resolves issues, professionally and courteously. Both Ricky and Lacy are Superior assets to your team, I will always return because of the great staff at this location. the view doesn’t suck either. Thank you so much for, being a dependable stay in the upper peninsula.

Was very disappointed with this stay. I was treating my Parents to a weekend night as we drove 6 hours to iron mountain for football playoffs. The carpet in this room is so filthy it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The hallways also were dirty. The door lock on the sliders was broke. Luckily there was a metal bar to keep in the slider. The TV was so small, I have not been to a room in years that had this small of a TV. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hrs. so that was about the only plus of this stay as we got there at 7:30. The breakfast the next morning was not hot, luck warm at bet. I was very disappointed and embarrassed at the room I had gotten for us. Will never stay again. I hope other Holiday Inns are not looking like this, they always had a good reputation.
