Novotel Orléans Saint-Jean-De-Braye

Last chronological stay, perhaps even last ever. Why? For the cloying bureaucracy of this hotel: signing a questionnaire, already having all my details, demanding to see my credit card, transcription of your details, even though it is already well known to you and even though I have already paid for the room , but, really very irritating, was the request for immediate payment (!!!) of €5 tourist tax, which I naturally refused. I would like to point out that I am a Customer (Gold Card) who has stayed approximately 6/7 times in the last two years and that the request for all of the above occurred on 03/26 and that the previous stay occurred only 13 days before, i.e. on the 13th /03. I repeat: irritating!!! Just as irritating is what happens at the Lina restaurant: every time an authorization request is necessary for the cost of dinner to be added to the bill. As for the restaurant: why are there ONLY TWO dishes without garlic on the menu? That is, a salade cesar, therefore a cold dish, and a single hot dish, that is an entrecôte, in this case not particularly good and tender, buried in a greenish sauce, which has nothing to do with a slice of grilled or grilled meat. It's a shame because the rooms are large, comfortable and quiet, it's a shame because the car park has many spaces and is free, it's a shame because it is located near the ring road and not far from Orléans. It's a shame because the staff is helpful and courteous, with the exception of the one who took care of the registration upon our arrival on 03/26. A direction correction is more than desirable.

Always a nice personalized welcome. Spacious suite overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Beautiful green space. Very spacious atrium with armchair that you don't want to get up from. Pleasant bar and comfortable restaurant. Supervision of table staff. Frequent card renewal. Very complete breakfast buffet. Poolside terrace. Easy access and parking.

A Valentine's Day suite for my lover and me. Superb decoration, high quality menu at a more than fair price (€55 excluding wine). The team at this establishment is very attentive and professional. We had a great time and we will come back. Congratulations to the chef and the welcome in general.

Honestly super disappointed... flashing light, toilet paper holder that could fall at any moment and broken mirror... and I'm not even talking about the noise all night long!! We have the impression that people are moving above us... I've come here 3 times for work and I will never go without having to!! Really a shame because the meals are excellent and the training rooms are really nice…

Location good, carpet has large and small old stains. Orange cover with stains. Upper grooves on fridge and cupboard not clean. Under the drain cover in the sink not clean. We wanted a good room, but that wasn't it. We would have taken a suite, but the receptionist was nowhere to be found.

I am very pleased to be able to write a good review on the occasion of our 4th overnight stay, unlike the previous one. The comfort and tranquility of the rooms is confirmed, as is the free parking and the courtesy of the staff. This time the towels and mat were there and there were no delays at the reception, nor credit card requests. As regards the Lina Restaurant, given the previous terrible experience, before booking the table, I asked for the menu, I saw that the dishes on offer were promising and, having noted that there were not many customers, I decided that we would have dinner in the hotel . The food was actually good and the service was attentive. This time promotion with full marks.

Simply fantastic hotel The decor is sumptuous and the welcome is top notch. And I'm talking about the reception as well as the bar where the employees listen to the customer and seek to give them complete satisfaction. In addition, the candy bar is a real treat for children. Bravo to the kindness of the hostesses with the customers' children. We will come back with pleasure

The rooms are not worth the price. Many stains on the carpet, torn curtains and hair in the bathroom.... A shame because the staff is very pleasant and the entrance hall is magnificent. Hearty and varied breakfast. A little bit of rejuvenation would do good for this establishment which should be upscale

Small problem raised when I left, no apology or commercial gesture but a simple "sorry, it happens", just like my note, it happens...
