Hôtel plein centre idéalement situé ..bon accueil ..
…chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et coin salon..propreté ..spa magnifique et très complet ..je n’ai aucune critique à faire si ce n’est peut être une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre qui serait bienvenue..nous y reviendrons

This is a very luxury hotel with many facilities and located at side of the beach. You can reach to most of restaurants and get everything you need. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The spa and fitness facilities are absolutely fantastic that all guests can walk out from spa to the beach. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here if they visit Saint Jean-de-Luz.

excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la thalasso et pour l'hôtel durant 6 nuits . Excellente nourriture au restaurant ; personnel très attentif à l'accueil , au restaurant et en thalassothérapie .Vraiment un très agréable séjour . Voilà une quinzaine d'années que nous fréquentons cet établissement et c'est un plaisir sans cesse renouvelé .

Hôtel top, suite familiale avec balcon top ! Bien situé, propre, personnel très accueillant Vue sympa depuis la salle du petit dej Thalasso super et lieu très bien entretenu. Tout était parfait. Séjour reposant, la chambre était calme joliment décorée et très bien équipée.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons entre femmes nous ressourcer quelques jours à Helianthal. Nous n'avons jamais été déçues ! Depuis la rénovation de l'établissement, nous sommes complètement conquises par la qualité des installations. Les chambres et la literie sont parfaites, le spa est une vraie détente et la cerise sur la gâteau étant pour nous le restaurant (petit-déjeuner, snacking et dîner), de la qualité et la gourmandise de l'assiette (toujours avec de très bons produits locaux), au professionnalisme et à la bienveillance du personnel, nous sommes à chaque passage conquises par la douceur de cette table. Un remerciement tout particulier à Mohamed et à Alexis pour leur accueil. A l'année prochaine !

Merveilleusement placé en bordure de plage et à 2 pas du centre ville, ce magnifique centre mérite amplement ses 4 étoiles. Intérieur entierement neuf, personnel aimable, accueillant et au petits soins, restaurant de très belle tenue, chambres spacieuses et très bien aménagées, propreté impeccable, espaces Thallasso spacieux donnant directement sur la plage, soins des plus agréables, tout, vraiment tout est fait pour que vous soyez content. Vraiment un établissement à découvrir et à adopter.

Habituée d’Erdiko le midi et le soir depuis un moment j’avais vu la qualité des plats et tapas se dégrader par manque de personnel en cuisine.. mais depuis cette saison d’été la qualité est revenu et donc mes amis et moi même aussi !! Merci à Santi pour sa cuisine fraîcheur le midi et ses tapas au top le soir ! Et merci aux équipes de salle et particulièrement à Simon pour son accueil chaleureux et son humour !
