Nous avons passé une excellent séjour, les soins en thalasso étaient très bien et l'ensemble du personnel très à l'écoute. Peut être ,un petit bémol concernant les repas... Ayant personnellement fait une cure de 5 jours, j'aurai aimé avoir des repas plus diététique Bien cordialement Mme STORA

Très bel hotel, bien placé, personnel accueillant , repas au restaurant excellent, SPA très bien . Un vrai bémol sur la salle de bain de la chambre 205. Une douche pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, état moyen, fuite importante ( intervention qui a réduit la fuite mais pas complètement), très peu d'espace au niveau de la vasque, et un grossisseur mal positionné d'une part , et fixé trop bas donc il faut se baisser (une erreur de l'architecte parait il)Bref vraiment dommage .

La experiencia fue fantástica. No encontrábamos mi Apple Watch y el profesionalismo y apoyo de todo el equipo fue impecable. Nos ayudaron desde las chicas de la recepción, el equipo de limpieza y el personal del SPA. Estuvimos super a gusto. Gracias a todo el equipo.

Encore un merveilleux week-end au grand hôtel de saint jean de luz. Tout est pensé pour votre bien-être. De gentilles attentions dispensées tout au long de la journée Le petit déjeuner, qui n’a rien de petit , face à la baie est un régal pour,les papilles et les yeux. Les soins du spa sont très agréables et l’ambiance feutré de l’endroit invite à une détente totale. Merci au personnel dans son ensemble qui est particulièrement attentif À très vite.

Hôtel super sympa, idéalement placé, restaurant délicieux et gros coup de cœur spécial au personnel de l'hôtel, merci à eux. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à St Jean, à refaire. S'il devait y avoir une seule fausse note, c'était le massage en duo au spa qui n'a pas été vraiment détente malheureusement. Les 2 thérapeutes étaient vraiment trop speed, dommage.
