Problème de communication par mail en amont de notre séjour. Nous avions demandé si nous pouvions payer une bonne partie en Chèque-Vacances, ce qui m’a été accordé. Or, à l’arrivée, au moment de payer le dernier jour, ils me disent qu’ils ne prennent pas des Chèque-Vacances connect.. Donc un peu cher, mais très bon moment passé là bas

L'hôtel permet de bien profiter de la ville et de la plage. Le spa est très agréable, le petit déjeuner excellent et servi dans une salle ouverte sur l'océan. Mon séjour a été quelque peu gâché par la chambre attribuée, en deçà de nos attentes.

We had an excellent stay, the thalassotherapy trea**ents were very good and all the staff were very attentive. Perhaps, a small downside regarding meals... Having personally completed a 5-day trea**ent, I would have liked to have had more dietary meals. Kind regards Ms. STORA

Very nice hotel, well located, welcoming staff, excellent restaurant meals, very good SPA. A real downside in the bathroom of room 205. A shower not worthy of a 5 star, average condition, significant leak (intervention which reduced the leak but not completely), very little space at the sink , and a poorly positioned magnifier on the one hand, and fixed too low so you have to bend down (an error on the part of the architect it seems) In short, a real shame.
