Hotel de la Plage is a great hotel. It is located on the beach of St. Jean de Luz and in the center of the historic are of the town. Restaurants, shops and the beach are all very close. The hotel staff are helpful satisfying your requests and making suggestions for activities. The included breakfast is extensive and available from 7 to a very civilized 11am.

bel hôtel plein de charme bien situé, en centre ville de saint jean de luz. une superbe vue avec pour nous, une belle petite terrasse. accueil excellent, et qui nous monte jusqu'à notre chambre en revanche, petit déjeuner moyen pas trop de places de stationnement à côté

accueil sympathique, une fois trouvé l'hôtel en voiture car l'accès est difficile surtout sans GPS. N'oubliez pas de réserver un parking à l'hôtel sous peine d'un autre exercice de style pour trouver les parkings municipaux également payant. La chambre avec vue mer est vaste, propre et literie confortable. Pas de restauration à l'hôtel mais vu la quantité de restaurant aux alentours ce n'est pas un problème, par contre le petit déjeuner est somptueux.

Le premier accueil téléphonique pour réserver de qualité. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, un personnel disponible, agréable et discret. Des prestations dignes des étoiles de l'hôtel : la literie est très confortable, la décoration est très recherchée et l'insonorisation est excellente. La prestation parking est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le petit déjeuner est fait de produits locaux, très variés dans une salle donnant sur l'océan très agréable. Des conseils donnés pour les restaurants bienvenue pour les gourmets et gourmands. Pour finir un personnel d'accueil très sympathique.

We don't rate friends, we celebrate them. With an optimal promenade location, a cheerful and helpful staff, attractive rooms, secure parking and a decent if not exceptional breakfast, all at fair value, we would gladly return here. Small, family owned and run hotels are, for us, far more enjoyable, than a big name venue no matter how luxurious. In the way of constructive criticism, their wifi is rather intermittent and they really should have at least one English language television channel. As in French hotels, the bathroom lighting is twilight. We are also frustrated with a mini closet with hangar bars at a suitable height for elementary school students. In many ways, they have the best location in town. More importantly, you feel like you belong.

Chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée, bonne literie, juste un petit bémol, sol de douche très glissant, ne pas hésiter à demander un tapis, que l'on vous donnera sans difficulté. Accueil souriant et parfait, donnant des bons conseils pour les restaurants, avec la salle du petit déjeuner qui donne sur la mer: Le top.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellent accueil et service. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Les chambres vue sur mer sont très bien placées et equipées. L'hotel est située en plein centre ville donnant sur la plage du centre de Saint Jean de Luz.
