La location d'un studio (le n°23) est très peu satisfaisante, voir médiocre, équipement minimum et désuet. Literie usée , le canapé en structure métallique ne se replie pas. Les matelas sont creusés par le temps. Oreillers et matelas tâchés en début de saison, il n'y a pas de volets. La VMC de la salle de bain fait du bruit... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de la description faite. Nous avons regretté ne pas avoir osé demander à changer pour une chambre dans l'hôtel, car nous avions mal au dos et étions réveillé tôt chaque matin par les livraisons, poubelles, discussions... Côté cour ... Une bonne rénovation serait à prévoir pour donner envie de revenir. La thalasso est magnifique, la piscine propose un parcours de jets agréables et efficaces ! Les soins sont excellents et le personnel de la thalasso très pro👌

Séjour très agréable, de très bons plats au restaurant avec un service vraiment sympa et parfait et pour éliminer, la balneo en accès direct depuis l'hébergement par tunnel ! Nous reviendrons

Hébergement très bien (duplex 5 couchages - dont 1 pas pratique car dans l'entrée et proche des toilettes). Propreté très bien, accès piscine hammam .. salles de soins, très bien. accueil et renseignements très bien.
Seul petit bémol sur le restaurant où c'était 'bien' (Bon, mais peu copieux et présentation des plats à travailler) , sans plus .
Rapport qualité prix très très bien .. du moins au mois d'octobre.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L'ensemble comprend un hôtel et une thalasso. Les + : * Environnement agréable. * Bonne situation dans pinède et bord de plage. * Chambre propre. Les - : * Une note fantaisiste et surfacturée, comportant 4 erreurs sur 9 produits. - Boissons provenant d'un autre client. - Produit thalasso compté en double. - Taxe de séjour augmentée par rapport au devis initial. * Un régularisation, nécessitant des aller-retour entre hôtel et thalasso. * L'hôtel accepte les animaux; résultat : - aboiement constant d'un chien enfermé sur un balcon au 1er étage, en matinée. Conclusion : séjour contrarié; ne sera pas renouvelé.
