Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, tous les ans il y a des efforts supplémentaire pour monter en gamme. Un bémol, les enveloppements sont moins agréables et ne procure plus la même détente après le changement de matelas cette année. Malgré toutes les précisions sur les soins apportés au moment de la réservation, il y a eu des erreurs sur le planning.

Attention à vos affaires dans les chambres. J'ai laisse des produits de beaute sur l'évier dans la salle de bain, j'ai quitte ma chambre à 13 h suis revenu à 21 h et un de mes sérums a disparu. Je me suis plain au personnel de l'hotel qui m'a dit qu'il faisait confiance au personnel. C'est inacceptable.

Les appartements n’ont pas été refait un simple coup de peinture a été donné la cuisine et la salle de bain sont hors d ^age. La literie est très médiocre. À titre d’exemple: Les sommier ne correspondent pas au matelas. Le personnel a pour réponse que ça coûte, cher de rénover les appartements. Le prix facturé lui par contre est bien actuel!

Globalement bonne expérience pour cette journée passée chez vous. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et serviable. Les infrastructures commencent à vieillir. Mais ça reste bien. Gros bémol, sur notre expérience dans votre restaurant. Pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif (plats servis froids et trop cuits) . Pourtant signalé mais pas de réaction. La thalasso avait réservé pour nous à 13h30. Ça doit être trop tard manifestement car on a été servi au pas de course.

Point négatifs: indigne d’un 4 étoiles - Entretien médiocre (vitres et plafond de la thalasso très sales, chaises longues en mauvais états…) - Pas d’isolation dans les chambres, énormément de bruits dû au vent - Pas du tout de communication entre le biais de réservation, la réception et la thalasso - Réceptionnistes de l’hôtel pas du tout réactifs, voir absent par moment - Cartes de chambre défectueuses, doivent être changées plusieurs fois par jour - Très peu de prestations ( bonnets de bain et claquettes pour le spa non fournis, pas assez d’eau et de fruits à la thalasso ou encore ananas au petit déjeuner pas préparé ) Points positifs: - Bonne literie - Restauration parfaite - Soins de la thalasso très appréciés - Pot d’accueil et conseils diététiques très intéressants En résumé; expérience mitigée

Les soins etaient corrects , et l’hôtel aussi , mais attention a l'assurance . Je suis tombé malade en sortant du restaurant de L’hôtel le soir , j’ai aussitôt annulé mes soins le lendemain , mais aucun remboursement ne me sera fait malgré le surcout d'une assurance que j'avais prise lors de ma reservation pour eviter ce genre de soucis : ça a gâchè la fin du séjour ...,
