Very nice hotel in saint john and centrally located. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to amenities and touristic places. Will recommend.

I always enjoy my stay here. The kids love the pool and Hot tub and the temperature of pool is consistent every stay. lots to do around the hotel here. Loved our time here.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Not as good as the first. Hotel checkin staff was new and wasn’t being supported by anyone with experience. Our room was clearly near an air intake close to a restaurant so we had fried food/cooking smells 24/7. We were given a room near some very noisey people who allowed their kids to run wild. The restaurant service was not as good as my first experience- service was poor. Daniel the valet was excellent.

Checkout is not until 12 pm, but had the house keeping lady knock on the door at 9:40 am, not impressed, stayed it a lot of hotels and never had that happen
