Very nice hotel in saint john and centrally located. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to amenities and touristic places. Will recommend.

Elevators are slow, shower head was so low I had to squat down and I’m not tall. Very poor insulation between rooms teens kept us up well after midnight with young kids phone in room to call front desk to file complaint but it didn’t work. Property was once a nice option but time has taken its toll. Love staying in uptown Saint John but will be looking at a different property next time. Staff was excellent other than these gripes

They couldn’t find my reservation check in took over 45 min with a confirmation number from the hotel. I ordered room service and received a raw hamburger which took them over 15 min to come and check it and pick it up.

Excellent place to stay. We are frequent guests of this hotel and always feel like family. Robert on the front desk went out of his way to get us an early check-in yesterday and the room with a great view was a bonus. Room was well appointed with lots of room. Daniel, the Bellman was always waiting for us when we returned and held the elevator, all with a smile. Nancy in the restaurant provided her same world class service and the food is always awesome. Thanks Delta Saint John. We will see you soon.
