Very new hotel. Managed very well. Clean, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, etc. We would stay there again without question.

Stayed for just a night as we had early morning appoin**ents at the general hospital. Room was clean and comfortable. The soaps and shampoos were really nice. I could hear (and feel!) heavy footsteps overhead all night, so if you are a light sleeper like me, request the top floor! Lots of breakfast options, but the cold options were far better than the hot.

Easy to book/check-in - we'd go again. Best Western "Brand" tells you what to expect in terms of amenties etc. etc. and that's what we got. THe hotel was not very busy so it was comfortable using the Breakfast room and pool and front desk comversations were quick.
