Pas de chauffage dans la chambre par -6 degrés dehors !! Proposition de de changer de chambre mais tjs sans chauffage…
Bref nuit horrible et comble, le matin quand nous sommes partis c’était tout juste du ce n’était pas de notre faute.
Vraiment lamentable pour une nuit à plus de 100€

Praticamente sembra di soggiornare in un condominio. Le camere sono spaziose con ampia vetrata, ma la vista è dimenticabile. Arredamento vintage e cheap. Colazione nulla di che. Comodo parcheggio. Comunque tariffa accettabile, essendo a pochi minuti da Ginevra

petit hôtel de passage où l'on est très bien accueilli avec un personnel très agréable et disponible .petit déjeuner très complet et varié pour un prix très raisonnable. chambre standard propre, très bonne literie, salle de bain un peu petite mais avec le confort nécessaire. Le parking y est gratuit je remercie particulièrement le réceptionniste qui est toujours disponible et souriant.

Je voyage beaucoup sur toute la France pour le travail et cet hôtel situé à la frontière suisse (ce qui fait monter les prix) n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des 3 étoiles (questions : d'où viennent ces étoiles ?). Situé en bas d'un immeuble de type HLM. Très mal insonorisé (on entend de la chambre, l'ascenseur, les clés dans les portes... Clim en panne ! Choisissez une autre ville que St Julien. On se croirait dans la banlieue Nord de Paris.

Nous avons seulement passé une nuit à l’hôtel.
L’accueil fut très bon et le service aussi.
Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, ce qui est très agréable après plusieurs heures de conduite.

Segnalo che oltre alla struttura di cui dirò in altri commenti che co.pariranno su tutti i maggiori canali del settore.
Devo allertare il comportamento disdicevole del personale dell'hotel (che paragonato ad altri staff suona offensivo) , ho avuto la disgrazia di aver dimenticato due giacche allinterno della camera. Dovendo andare ad una cena elegante ho chiamato se cortesemente mi avessero consegnato il portabiti ad un corriere. Si sono rifiutati. La stessa cosa ha chiesto l'hotel successivo dove ho soggiornato. Anche qui rifiuto. Poi è intervenuta *******. Stesso risultato. Praticamente mi sono state rubate due giacche ed il portafoglio in esse contenuto.
