Three Tuns

We stayed 5 nights at this splendid Hotel/Pub. The hosts were excellent and all the staff very efficient and friendly. The room was very comfortable and all the food was excellent.It is a pity we live over 300 miles away as I would love The Three Tuns to be my local.

Stayed three nights and had an excellent time. Great spacious room overlooking the main square . The hosts could not have been more welcoming to make both mine and other guests stay there enjoyable. Excellent food and great service from the friendly staff. Loads of things to do in the locality and places to visit like Coverack, Kynance Cove, Cadgwith and Helford River. Highly recommended - well worth a visit.

Management thankyou for your reply. Yes, you accommodated us inside the pub but the rest of the comments are not accurate. We paid in advance, we only had one drink and nobody spoke to us. Just because sandwiches are a relatively simple dish to prepare doesn't mean they should be of poor quality particularly if you're charging quality prices. The filling in the club sandwich was not freshly cooked. Honesty please.

This is an absolutely amazing place to go to eat. From our welcome upon arrival on Saturday lunchtime by Sam? (?) to the menu choice and excellent quality of food that was served, this may have been our first visit but will certainly not be our last. Can’t recommend this venue enough.

Great place. Lovely owners and a warm welcome. Comfy rooms providing a good night’s kip. Excellent food and beers available. Happy to go again and to recommend to others.

A very good experience, very friendly staff and lovely spacious room and bathroom. The only teeny thing is that there wasn't any soap left in the shower and basin dispensers, but that wasn't a big problem.

Jeremy , Naomi and the team were the ultimate hosts and went above and beyond to make our visit from the USA in all aspects. The food was excellent , the hospitality beyond expectations and we were welcomed into the close community with open arms. Our visit was a 40 year long absence of meeting family members and will be well remembered . The staff, Jona (excellent chef) , Sam and the bar staff were great and Bill who was always around to help us .... we could not have wished for more.

A last minute booking as I was visiting an event in Truro. I was not disappointed with my choice. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot drink making facilities and bottles of water. A variety of teas made a welcome change. The en-suite was huge and with a jiggle about , could have incorporated a bath as well. Only criticism is that the bath towels are rather small for someone slightly above average size, lol. The bar area in the evening had a singer which was a nice ending to a great day for me. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was really nice. The new owners said that they had only been there for ten days ( I was there 29-30/07/23), I sincerely hope that they make a go of it as they are a very warm and friendly couple. I will definitely stay there again and for longer as a pre planned break.
