I stayed for 3 nights. Went to dining second night, Didn't like how I had to wait to be seated especially when they had plenty spare tables, and then had to sit where they put me, in between to big tables of families, so I felt a little confined. Had to then wait in line whilst people not only was ordering there meals but decided to buy all the drinks aswell instead of going to the other section of the bar, ended up walking across road to Woolies to get food. Room was delux and fantastic can't fault, and had free undercover parking. The only big issue I had was another guest accidently set off the fire alarm. Several guests had done the right thing and exited the building, but noone bothered to come and inform us that it was a false alarm. There was not even a glimps of the fire warden, who should have been present regardless of whether it was a false alarm or not to assist guests. I had to go and chase up with reception who we passed when exiting to be told was a false alarm, and then I notified the other gusts outside that it was a false alarm. Perhaps they should have a PA system to rooms to notify guests.
