Because it was a business trip for training, I stayed here for two weeks at a time. The front building is a bar, and the back building is a hotel. Most of the waiters are friendly, and the food in the bar is also delicious. The room has a very simple layout, because it is considered In the suburbs, the public transportation is not very convenient, but the environment is very good, not far from the National Forest Park

What a lovely Hotel, very clean and spacious. We had My Husbands 80th birthday party with family and friends from all over the Country, and everyone was very pleased at the care and attention they all received, and one particular person was ADRIANA and another blonde girl, who done us proud next morning for breakfast Brilliant hotel well pleased

haven’t been in for a few years. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. popped in on the off chance mid afternoon. still serving food, stayed for an early dinner. eye opener. staff were on the ball, menu was extensive(for a pub) seriously impressive quality, and quantity. we will be back

A good value hotel in an excellent location close to the scenic New Forest and accessible to Bournemouth and the coast. Fine selection of beer and food. The most impressive factor, though, was the outstanding service from Geraldine and her staff.

I'm fuming. So I came here with my friend for drinks and something to eat. And ended up with £100 parking fine. What a joke. Can't get hold of anyone at hotel to speak to them about this. Avoid at all costs, now going to gave to see if this can be appealed.

The hotel itself was a little tired and needed a bit of maintenance, nothing dramatic just few few bits broken that were waiting to be replaced. I have dinner on the first night which was nothing special, however both times I had breakfast it was very good, although not cheap!
Parking was good, the wi-fi did the job, I slept well and showered well, no complaints, but for full marks it needs a little TLC and attention.

We came for dinner today and we couldn’t of felt more welcome, Chrissie and her wonderful mum was so accommodating. It was so lovely to go somewhere that the people actually took time to speak with you and not just take your money. Can’t wait to go back for breakfast in the morning and also can’t wait for next month when we can bring our beloved puppy Buddy to come and meet you. Also food was amazing 🤗🥰.
