L'hôtel est bien situé proche du centre-ville et de la gare. La chambre et le lit très confortable (chambre privilège) lit en 200. Très calme. Personnel très aimable et disponible. Le restaurant de l'hôtel étant fermé en cette période, le personnel nous a indiqué des restaurants de bon niveau. Pour le petit dejeuner de type international, aucun souci, la qualité des produits est au rendez-vous. Merci à toute l'équipe et en particulier à Delphine. En revanche le site central de réservation d'Accord est très décevant. Je suis tombé sur une personne qui devait être en télétravail sans cesse interrompue par ses enfants et qui n'était pas obligatoirement en France à l'écoute de la langue utilisée pour leur parler. EN final je suis passé directement par l'appel sur le numéro de l'hôtel. Pour répondre à l'enquête de satisfaction recu par mail, celui-ci ne fonctionne pas même lorsque l'on utilise le navigateur pour remplir l'enquête. Le choix sur "Couple", "Famille" et autre ne fonctionne pas. Je ne sais pas qui a développé l'application mais visiblement il n'a pas testé. Conseil appelez directement les hotels et ne passez pas par la centrale de réservation.

Chambre à la déco passée. Et très mal isolée. Impression d’être au milieu de la circulation, sans parler des bruits du bar juste à côté (musique, cris, rires…) jusqu’à plus de 2h du matin. Nuit pas du tout reposante. Bonne literie cependant.

Cet hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare SNCF de Saint-Lô. Les chambres mériteraient d’être rénovées. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur des standards Mercure. Le jus d’orange servi dans une carafe ébréchée, c’est inacceptable et dangereux. Normalement la consigne est claire en restauration, on ne sert pas de liquide depuis un contenant fêlé ou ébréché, risque d’éclats de verre dans l’estomac. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Un ' ottima struttura, camera pulite, accoglienti, staff professionale e molto disponibile. Servizio ristorante buono. Posizione ottima. Un ringraziamento speciale a Laura per la sua gentilezza e disponibilita' e per Il suo prezioso aiuto Un grazie speciale a Maude e a julien molto preparato gentile e professionale e a tutto lo staff del ristorante che si e' dimostrato eccellente. Nous avons passé une nuit au mercure Saint lo. La réceptionniste était assez agréable. Nou avions eu une chambre triple, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est grande aussi. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et correct pour le prix. Par contre la salle du restaurant etait un peu sale et c’etait etroit au niveau du buffet. On se bouscule un peu avec les gens quand on se sert au niveau du buffet.
