Parking was a little confusing because there’s a large lot right behind the hotel but I had to move my car to a building to the side after check in and it was an unexpected expense, but the hotel, location, room and bar are all great. It was a bit disconcerting to realize everyone in the bar already knew each other because they’re actually club members rather than guests, but I guess the name of the place should have tipped me off to that.

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to St Louis for a weekend trip. The Rennaissance was one of the lower priced options, but the hotel was amazing. Just off the interstate, making it easy to get to anywhere that you want to go. The room was very nice, clean, and in great shape. The breakfast buffet was simple, but the food was great! All-in-all, we will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip!

I arrived and was greeted promptly by a gentleman at the front desk. After taking care of the incidental hold, he handed me my key cards and directed me to the elevators. My room was large and very clean. It wouldve been helpful to have a guide of channels for the tv and washclothes in the room. The breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, chicken patties, pastries, waffle makers, and 4 types of cereal. If I was more hungry than I had been, the selection could've been better. It is located near a ton of eateries and shopping.

Pleasantly suprised with how clean and quiet this hotel was. I stayed for one night on a road trip and Jessica, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful, as I had made no prior reservation. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Even the pool was clean (which is hard to find in a budget hotel)

Excellent
RReedPAn absolutely great location that is right across the street from the new St. Louis city soccer stadium, it's two blocks walking distance from the city market Union station area. It's easily accessible just off of I64.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fairly well stocked. And the one downside would be the in room refrigerator. It was very tiny and had no freezer section, which depending on the visitor they may or may not need. I am coming from far enough away and with children that I needed to refreeze freezer packs for snacks.
The breakfast each morning was okay. It was scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with cheese plus sausage. One morning it was a choice of turkey, sausage patties or pork sausage patties, while the next day was a choice of pork sausage links or chicken sausage links. Links. Plus they had the standard bread, English muffin, bagels, muffin, fruit. The downside would be the lack of waffle maker. I don't know why that makes a difference, because I don't really eat waffles. But my kid loves waffles and loves to make them. And instead of having a waffle maker, they had a hot plate filled with pre-made bagged frozen waffles that they had preheated for everybody. Oh yeah in my pics you'll see a pic of my kid's milk. IT wasn't expired, but the ad on it was and it gave me quite a scare when I saw it.
And depending on plans, and what I need to be close to, if need be I will definitely stay here again with my family. The area was safe, clean, and I forgot the funniest part... Directly across the street from the FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔
GGuest UserStayed here for one night recently while in town for a marching band competition. The location is very convenient for getting to The Dome at America's Center and very convenient to get back on the expressway to head back to Illinois so the location is a plus. There is nothing particularly ”bad” about the hotel but it just is in need of updating. The rooms are very dated from the carpet to the doors to the furniture. The popcorn ceilings are the biggest indicator that things have not been updated in a long time. Beds are old and noisy. Hilton would be wise to start doing a hard goods refurbishment in each room and bring in fresh carpet, paint, furniture, and countertops. Having said that, the on-site parking was inexpensive and convenient and the breakfast area in the lower level of the hotel was the largest seating area I've seen at a Hilton property so that was nice. Update the rooms and this Hampton could be quite a gem.
BBubuThe hotel is old, but clean, the location is close to the university town and the forest park, it is more convenient for families to go to WashU. But going to school and other places depends on Uber
GGuest UserIt rained on the day we went, the rain stopped and there was a rainbow near the arch. It can be seen in the hotel room. The accommodation is good and the service is also very good. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and side doors within 200 meters. Arches and the old court, you can take the subway in ten minutes, it is the subway, don't follow the Google map on the road lost ~ strongly recommend the sushi love on the main road, there is a 20-knife buffet, very good and delicious, right, Please bring your own slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. Many foreign hotels do not provide ~
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at The Last Hotel at the last minute for a concert in town this weekend. From the check-in to the valet parking option to our deluxe king room on the 9th floor, our overall experience at this hotel has been truly above and beyond. Our room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. The beds and linens are of top notch quality and no expense has been spared in ensuring the comfort of the guest. Furthermore the hotel staff were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating if we had any questions or needed help with anything. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The final selling point of this hotel is that there is a gorgeous rooftop pool and bar. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely sunny 71° afternoon up on this private rooftop area that is only open to hotel guests. If you are truly on the fence about staying here or the splurge, I cannot recommend this place enough. It will not disappoint! We plan to make this our designated hotel for all future stays. Thank you at The Last Hotel!
GGuest UserSuper clean and friendly hotel especially if Dori is working. I use this hotel when I take my daughter to doctor appointments and have always been treated great. Dori goes above and beyond to help me out accommodating our needs for my special needs daughter. Without her here I wouldn't think so highly of the place. Great work Dori!!!
GGuest UserLocation was good 20 mins from downtown St. Louis. The lobby is pretty and was very clean. The pool is nice but I would stay away from the hot tub as it seemed to have a layer of dead skin floating at the top of it. The room itself is really nice and very clean it is a great stay for family or a solo get away the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos.
GGuest UserExcept for the location, which is a bit biased, everything is good, breakfast is rich, there is a free shuttle bus within three kilometers, the room is comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the use is convenient, all in all very satisfactory.
GGuest UserDouble charge you on your credit card and don’t release your funds right away. Poor customer service. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. No social distancing in the hotel. Only thing they did have was good food.
