21C Museum Hotel St Louis

Location is not good..

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

The stay was great. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The hotel room Suite was beautiful modern and very fun. The museum was amazing as well. It had a 35 plus older crowd so it was chill. Now the negative. The parking was street only and if you don't come during the weekend you'll have to pay. They need a lot. Too many cars get broken into. The valet was 45 a night just to park in front of the hotel. The tub had cold water and wouldn't get hot we called the front desk and nothing could be done that night. Now I had an employee the night the situation happened said they would credit me partially for the room, the next day the checkout employee said no notes were left and nothing they could do. THAT ******! I have to call Monday and speak to the manager but I think I know how this will go. Wish me luck

21c never disappoints and St Louis is a gorgeous property. This was my second stay in a week and I will be certain to return upon my next work visit.

Pretty good. Near city museum

The property was clean and well kept. This one of the few times hotels that I enjoyed staying in. The art museum was really great to go and view I loved this hotel.

the hotel was very nice overall and offered a lot for the price. we stayed in the bunk bed room for my children’s experience. the bottom bunk was not as comfortable as i’d wished for but overall we enjoyed ourselves and plan to come again.
