I found the entire weeklong experience at this hotel delightful. Fantastic staff. Great food and bar options. Quality Gym. Very comfortable rooms. I found the property to be nicely appointed with a healthy blend of contemporary and old St. Louis charm.

We had never stayed here before, but the place was awesome? Nice clean hotel rooms, big bar and gathering place that had a light show that was worth staying and watching every hour! Close the the Blues arena that we just walked even as cold as it was this weekend! The only down side was that it cost us $35 to park in the hotel parking area.

We loved this hotel - so much to see and do! My only complaint is that we had to request a hair dryer, extra tissue and bath mat. The Grand Hall bar is great, and Celester and Mark are the best bartenders - personable and attentive and overall perfect!

Nice and impressive historic building, but, as far as I’m concerned, bad customer service and fully overpriced. For instance, room service didn’t come regularly, and the front desk did not accommodate requested favors properly. In addition, not an area where you want to hang out at night. Be aware that the pool is currently closed, even though it’s not advertised.

The stay was not too bad. Staff was friendly and the hotel seemed pretty clean. However, you have to pay for parking at $35/night.
