great Hotel a must stay and do the tour!

We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

I've been to this hotel numerous times in the last three years. I have always chosen it despite the high valet cost because it was one of the few hotels that still had an Executive Lounge. Unfortunately they no longer have it, apparently, since Feb of this year according to one of the hotel staff members. I will not be going back as the cost doesn't justify the loss of this amenity. I'll be staying else where

This hotel is great in location only!!! For it to be rated 4 stars is shocking, baffling, and unbelievable to me. First, let's talk about the fact that hotel parking is a minimum of $45 per day, and to add insult to injury, they only give you two exit parking vouchers when you check in. You have to keep going back to the front desk and ask for more, so if you're sightseeing away from there, enjoying the city, or perhaps your stay is work-related, then it is a flat-out hassle to do so. At $45 a day, there should be a parking pass loaded to your hotel card. Second, let's talk about the fact that when you call the front desk, there is no answer. I got one answer shortly after my check-in, but then no more. I even pulled out my cellphone, called directly in, and still no answer. Glad I didn't have an emergency. Next, let's talk about the police posted at the stand in the hall outside the reception/front desk area. I asked an officer if the doors nearest the stand were an exit to the street, and he, rudely, with an attitude and his face literally turned sideways, said, "I don't know, I don't work here!" I turned away with a look of confusion, 'cause surely you know. Next, let's talk about how the business center was just a long, long, long table sitting outside the gift shop and fitness room and adjacent to the bar, with multiple signs on it telling you how to access printing from the cloud via your phone or the Internet. Plus, someone had ripped the Ethernet cord connection loose, and there was absolutely zero space for privacy. Next but not least, the remote control, the coffee maker, and the phone needed to be tossed in the trash. The phone and the remote control had some white, glossy glaze on them. Yuck! The coffee maker was so nasty that when I ran hot water through it without ever using a coffee or tea pod, the water was filled with large and medium brown debris. It even had a smell. So disgusting and disappointing. I had to take a Benadryl and sleep with a mask on because running hot water through that machine released something in the air, making it so difficult to breathe easily and not stop sneezing. I was uncomfortable all night. This is just to name a few things wrong with this "4-Star" Petri Dish. The expensive cost of convenience for the nearby attractions is not worth going home with an unexpected rash or virus. I would not recommend this place at all.

Attended a women’s conference with friends at this hotel. Delila at the front desk is exceptional. She went above and beyond with sorting out our room reservations. She confidently resolved our concerns and made recommendations while putting our minds at ease when we were frazzled. She radiated positivity and professionalism, letting us know if we had any other concerns or questions she would gladly assist us.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have earned and come to rely on the executive lounge benefits that set this status apart. The abrupt removal of complimentary soft drinks, breakfast, and snacks at Union Station St. Louis is nothing short of a betrayal of that loyalty. This elimination of a core benefit will impact where I choose to stay and invest my money during each visit moving forward. I would urge the Union Station Hilton to reinstate these benefits and honor what few perks actually exist for Diamond members.

The location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was overpriced for what we received. I booked in advance. The website said breakfast was included but name wasn't on the list. The website stated we would have access to executive lounge but there wasn't a lounge. The water pressure was really low. I could have stayed somewhere else much cheaper with same quality. I felt cheated. I chose this hotel over the four seasons. Huge mistake

Love the fact that this used to be a train station and they revamped it into a hotel/aquarium. So many beautiful details that you don’t see in your everyday hotels.

Excellent accommodations. Stayed in the Grand Hall, which I would recommend.
