Especially for the price. Stay anywhere but here if you can. I've been here since the 14th and unfortunately have one more night here. I'll start with the service as this is my biggest (but not only) complaint. Obviously the General Manager, Ms. Simbrat, does not train her staff in customer service and does not care about hospitality. The surliness of pretty much every staff member is relatively apparent, from the front desk staff, engineering staff, cleaning staff, serving staff, etc. I had to request my room be refreshed 3 times over 2 days to rude staff until finally someone came. The facility is shoddy and in poor repair. The tub was dirty when I got here. The beds have sheets that do not fit and thus come off. There are stains on the walls and carpeting. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are *glued/caulked* to the shower walls... And badly so, I might add... The body wash was on the floor of the shower when I checked in. To top it all off, they denied me a late check out despite 2 staff telling me they are only at 70% capacity tomorrow. I'm a Bonvoy member and this is honestly the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in, despite the ridiculous price.
