When we first arrived had to wait to be checked-in we’re unhappy at receptionist she was taking way too long trying to get us settled in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. Problem’s I had was that I couldn’t shower like I wanted too because the shower head wasn’t working correctly. I also found a stain on the headboard it didn’t bother me because it really wasn’t an issue. I just it could have been resolved while cleaning the room.

A great hotel and one of best stays. Tho the room smelt stale and there was an additional charge for parking. The actual comfort was good and receptionist was friendly.

Staff are very helpful and nice hotel. It is walking distance to Arch

The view is to die for! Amazing stuff. 5-10 minutes working to the arch. Highly recommend.

This is a chain hotel. Although it is my first time staying here, I feel it is not bad. The room is big enough and clean. The overall layout is also good. The breakfast is good. In addition to the usual hot meals, fruits are also provided.

The location of the hotel is very good, five minutes walk to the main attraction, the Great Arch. The facilities are perfect and the reception lobby is comfortable; the hotel is clean, especially the hotel security work is good. You must use your room card to enter the doors of the hotel lobby. After entering the hotel, you must use your room card to enter the elevator to go upstairs. And there are security patrols, which makes people feel at ease. The height of the pillow is moderate, and it is the best hotel for me to sleep on a trip.

The breakfast content is pitiful, and the eggs are mushy. Not recommended.

Location is good , but then we had lots of issues - our ac and noise of fan woke us up all evening. There was never any shower gel ever loaded into shower, even after we told them , it still never got filled , we asked for pillows and they never brought them . Our toilet did not flush. Then we parked in parking spot that did not say otherwise and got a call that it was an emergency to come move our vehicle but we were away attempting to enjoy family time doing activities. Also the elevators were very frustrating and took us forever to get anywhere .

Be prepared for it to be *loud*. It was well past 2 am before we stopped hearing cars revving engines outside the window every night. There are 3 elevators, and one has a sign that says it’s waiting to be serviced, but all three are malfunctioning, so it often took 15-20 minutes to get from our floor to the lobby. Staff is beyond kind, but prepare to hear the housekeeping staff cuss a lot LOL. Overall, super convenient access to the Dome and arch, but at a cost.

Upon check-in, the room I reserved by number on the app and paid in full was given away to someone else, so we had to get something different. The door wouldn’t latch properly the entire stay, so safety was not important at all. As a single mom, I had no other choice but to stay, I paid 400 bucks and was not able to get a refund. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had.

They over booked and gave our double room away. We had to stay in 2 king rooms which one was comped by the hotel. They couldnt get us into adjoining rooms so they were down the hall from one another. Instead of staying as a family we was forced to split up and stay separately. I was under the assumption that when you reserve a room several days in advance that you will get the room that you requested.
