Very pleasant hotel staff. When the refrigerator in the room didn't work, someone took care of it immediately. Location in the city is also good.

I had a great stay pool was clean room was nice and clean breakfast was great as well the complimentary drinks weren’t the best but hey they were complimentary so you can’t complain too much

Our stay was great! It was walking distance to the stadium, everything was clean, the desk personnel are all nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Valet guys were friendly and awesome! The one small complaint would be that the floor in our room needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, it was very clean. That wouldn't be enough to keep us from staying here again. This is the second time we've stayed here.

No water. They said if you use the restroom we will bring a bucket and flush it. I need my money back. We don’t deserve this.

The only two complaints I have about this location is that valet parking is an extra 50 dollars a day for over night parking (good luck finding a place to park without valet due to location) but they had my car ready within 5-8 mins of requesting it to pulled up front 10/10 on speediness
2nd the hotel tub was inop the jets barely worked and for a huge hotel that amenity should be in working order.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Convenient location to St. Louis attractions, walking distance to Gateway Arch and several restaurants. We enjoyed the modest indoor pool. Valet parking convenient for our situation.
