The place was okay, not what I would consider to be “very clean” there were hairs here and a lighter beneath the bed but the room served its purpose. Trip.com says there’s a pool, yet when i got here, no pool :( that was my only reason for booking this specific place, it even showed a picture of a pool. This is the second time this has happened to me unfortunately, guess i’ll learn to call and double check next time! The ladies at the front desk were SO nice and helpful upon arrival though!

Check-in was easy. The front desk did not explain the rules for using the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very good, close to Union Station. No microwave in the room and the price was a little much.

Great room, very comfortable! Amazing shower; temperature and strength. Easily accessible from the activity I had planned. I felt safe. Only drawback was that I think I heard every plane/helicopter fly over, I’m just not used to that.

The room is adequate, the cleanliness is fair, the staff is OK. They sell hotel parking for soccer games, so good luck parking if you are a guest. No reserved guest parking, and really, no one gives a sh!t. At the price of rooms, as a guest, parking should be of no question. MOVE ON TO A GOOD HOTEL.

Very nice setup. Walk in shower was the best. Amazing water pressure & temp was perfect. Nice foot bar for us ladies shaving our legs. Had room to maneuver around. King bed was comfortable and so was the sleeper sofa for sitting. I just like a thicker heavier comforter.

Clean, clean, clean, and quiet inside and out! A super friendly staff which is always appreciated after many hours of driving. The common areas and rooms are fresh-looking (newly remodeled/built?), and I would stay here again with no hesitation. It's always nice when the photos of the property match the actual condition.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The property is lovely and impeccably clean. Easy to get to when driving into town and a wonderful location to access all that St Louis has to offer. My first trip to St Louis and I will absolutely stay here when visting again.
