I am a native of St. Louis. I am now retired and live in a resort community. We travelled to St. Louis to see a play at the Fox theater, and decided to stay at Four Seasons St. Louis because of its proximity to the theater. It was a huge disappoin**ent. It is overpriced, and horrible food in the Gordon Ramsey Kitchen, which was totally unexpected. Dead birds rotting near the pool, outdated decor, noise infiltration from the interstate below. The location is directly next to the downtown "Laclede's Landing", which, back in the day was vibrant with restaurants, entertainment, bars, etc. It is now totally abandoned except for two restaurants. Basically boarded up ghost town. Homeless people everywhere. Sorry, it just wasn't what we expected, nor was it a good value for the money we spent.
