Très très bel hôtel ! Style classique bling bling mais ça fonctionne avec le bâtiment. Chambre immense avec un petit balcon et une literie merveilleuse. Le personnel est sympa mais pas forcément à la hauteur du standing des lieux. Le petit déjeuner était bon à un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Bien situé, l'hôtel est proche de l'arche et du stade de base-ball. Nous avons été voir un match des Cardinals et c'était génial ! Globalement une très bonne expérience Nota : le parking avec voiturier est super cher alors qu'il est tout à fait possible de se garer à proximité

The experience was excellent. We visited for a couples massage and received great service. All staff were professional. Facilities clean and great atmosphere. Massage was excellent. Masseuse paid attention to trouble areas as discussed. We are already planning our next massage.

A classic hotel. A gem. Front desk staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Food at Union 30 was excellent (had delicious salmon salad, flat bread, a great Sauvignon Blanc, and the St.Louis staple of gooey butter cake and locally made vanilla ice cream. The servers were efficiency, welcoming, and charming. Will stay and eat here whenever in St. Louis.

Customer service, positive teamwork among the staff, and quality of services are absolutely superb!! I loved the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel and downtown area and the complementary champagne and valet parking. My week will be much better now, and I look forward to future services to help keep the stress away!!

Troy was an amazing bartender- have him make a lemon drop Martini! You won’t be disappointed! All the bartenders/ manager was super attentive and that is a total highlight in our visit! This hotel was a great stay! Just book it already! No I’m not paid to post this. :)

Went for a gloss and wow, forgot how much a gloss is all a girl really needs. Crysti was so fun to talk to. And she introduced us to a STL foodie who gave us great recommendations on food and fun places to go. Prices are also pretty fair - for a city girl. Go see Crysti! Quick 45 min reup
