Days Inn by Wyndham Downtown St. Louis

When I arrived to customer service rep was very polite. She checked us in fast. But when we arrived in our room # 312 we walked in and the bed was unmade there were towels all over the room and bathroom. There was blunt wrappers and tobacco from the blunts on the desk and table. And there was also cups of liquor and soda on the night stands and dresser. So we went back down to address the issues she then put us in room #211 when we walked in there was burn holes in the bedding the loveseat covered in stains the doors on the dresser were broke and hanging. So we decided to just sleep ontop of the blankets to rest before getting up to go deal with business related travels. I will not stay at this hotel.

Clean , centrally located and great customer service would definitely reserve again. Only issue with property is the parking lot pot holes

This is without doubt the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Sure, it is very close to downtown St Louis but that’s about the only good thing about it. As you get off the highway, the neighborhood gave the impression it may not be that safe. That thought was confirmed as I stepped into the hotel and the front desk clerk was behind glass. I worried about my car because I could not lock it. I also had to put up a $100 incidental deposit. I was surprised when I entered my room at how clean it was. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, desk, flat screen tv, just as it was described in the listing. But I have never seen an audio only tv. I was able to get picture and sound on ABC and half a dozen HBO channels and one other I was not interested in. the other 100+ channels had no picture and some actually said audio only when I was flipping through and I know darn well that the channel has picture. There was a sign posted outside the elevator that the elevator was slow and to push the button. I freaked out a bit when I took the elevator to the lobby and the door did not open. Pushing buttons did no good. Eventually the door opened. I failed in my quest to find barbecue on a sunday night. After returning to the hotel still hungry, I made an inquiry of google maps on where to find a sandwich. It led me to a white castle 3 minutes away. In this neighborhood, I knew I was in trouble if my car broke down. Stay away. You will be far better off.

The people at the front desk were great, and the accommodations were adequate, but I would not stay in this hotel again. It was in a very run-down industrial area. The $100 deposit for damages would have been a clue had I known about it in advance. Again, the people were nice enough, but I didn't feel safe there as it was just me and my daughter.

The staff at this location are very polite and helpful and my room was super clean.

My roo. Was not very clean hairin my jacuzzi my mirrors had s t uff all over them the chair in ny room had stains all over it I had 3 pillows the t was all flat my feet had a black color to them after walking in the floor that was tylr it was down tight filthy my toilet was stopped up the workers wee rude rolling their eyes if they had to get up and do something I had to go to desk like 5 to es for new keys my keys would not work ir was aggravating couldnt get in laundry room on my own had to wit for worker to let me in I. Which became nerve racking I could t we ll she didn't want to let me in the laundry room it was just down right filthy I di not recommend this place to noon I n paid 165 when it was lucky to be worth 50
