Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Room was not ready when promised. Parking was $37 per night. No other place to park. Room was nice, clean, large, housekeeping folks were great. Pleasant stay.

Once I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Check in and check about was fast an easy. I also had no problem with the room I booked. The view of the arch and courthouse was breathtaking. As for the hotel room and hotel itself was beautiful. I have no complaints and had a great stay.

Electric outlets at the desk did not work and the desk chair was broken so made difficult to work. Refrigerator made loud noises constantly - sounded like leaking water. Room cleaning missed us a few days and when did come did not restock coffee and coffee supplies so had to go to Starbucks and wait in line for coffee. Was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower - constantly changed between hotter and colder. I would not recommend this hotel.

Checked in late last night and the front desk employee was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The vending machine and ice machine did not work on our floor and my bank account was charged twice for the pop machine.

Asking for an upgrade never hurts. When I checked in the front desk staff was able to accomodate and provide a room that exceeded my expectations. I was an Arch side room, and the view was unreal. I had a full arch view on the 14th floor. The accommodations were huge, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. I was in St. Louis for a convention at the America Center and I walked there and back daily very easily. I also spent time every day after the convention at the Arch National Park. I would stay here again.

The toilet didn’t flush the shower pressure was not enough the air conditioner didn’t work the people at the front desk charged my card 5X for the full amount of the stay instead of just once and then said I needed to pay in cash on top of all the times that they charged my card, because apparently on their end it was showing it didn’t go through but on my end the bank shows where they took out their money every single time they ran it. They ran it so much that they took out all the money that was on the card. I had a horrible experience with this hotel. The receptionists are rude the food was nasty and the rooms are not good quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Stay at a hotel 6 before you stay here. I’m serious. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. It was terrible. Unless you’re into being treated like garbage and getting robbed this place is great for you.

hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, and the majority of the staff were helpful. I reported some issues with shower drainage and heat/air regulating in the room and did not get any assistance.
