It's a decent hotel, not far from the Gateway Arch. It has free parking. The facilities are not new. The breakfast is Western-style, but there are many varieties. In short, it is a cost-effective hotel.

I enjoyed staying there. Not only do they serve breakfast but in the evening they have snacks for the guests as well. The pool and hot tub weren't crowed when I went either. I really liked that the union Station is in walking distance

The property was great. It was a little outdated, but everything was perfect and it was clean and I felt safe and my daughter felt safe so it was a great day all in all.

The manager Mr. Delaney was wonderful. Reminding guest name and ask how the stay is, gives it a personal touch. Every staff member was super nice. Location and parking was a plus. Room could need a little update but that was it. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff was very helpful. Our room was clean, but the toilet ran intermittently all night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. The location was convenient to drive to Gateway Arch.

Breakfast was decent. Not quite what other reviews lead me to believe but decent. Staff was average and not overly friendly or helpful in a few interactions. King bed with a sofa bed CAN sleep 4 but it is a VERY tight space and is NOT recommended if you have other room options left to chose from. The pool was ridiculously crowded and the guests were rowdy. This made the pool unpleasant and not worth the hassle. The location was great if you have activities downtown and the parking was convenient to getting on the highway to head to the zoo, science center, city museum, or the aquarium. The few times we approached the staff with an issue or concern they were willing to help but each time made it seem as though we were really asking a lot of them and they let their position be known on it. The room was clean. The breakfast area was large and well kept with a fair number of options. The location was fantastic.

This is a very well kept property. Room was lovely, staff was friendly, excellent amenities... good restaurants and other things to do within walking distance. We were here on a Sunday, so St Louis was as crowded as it is during the week. You wont be sorry if you book this hotel!
