Good hotel, but could be great. The location is very convenient if you are doing anything downtown. It is literally 3 blocks to Stadium and two blocks to Metrolink. Great Front Desk, really outstanding, if untrained. It’s the other areas where the hotel falls short. Had breakfast two days and it was painful, at best, to watch the server struggle with the guests. All two tables. And, I was awaken at 7:30 yesterday by housekeepers in the hallway carrying on an extended conversation very loudly. Really a shame. Manager is a nice guy. Just doesn’t have enough (quality) help.

The staff was friendly, the bar was closed because the bar tender didn’t show up. I had to pay an additional $75 for incidental but my car was already charged $240 but the receipt shows it was only $195 so where did the rest of my money go?!? When you shower the water goes everywhere, no fridge in the room parking was blocks away and the cleanliness was non existent. Next time I’ll stay at a motel 6…

Close the Conference Center. Not much to do without getting into to a taxi. No refrigerator. Decor wanted to be chic but missed the mark.

We booked a king size room, and all they had was full-size beds, half of the outlets did not work. They only gave us one bath towel. When they checked us in, they were rude.

It's a cool hotel! Being that it's in an old building, the elevators are small as are the rooms! It's cute, if you're a couple but if you're staying with multiple ppl in can be tight/cramped. Staff was nice!
My wife waited 45 minutes to be waited on for breakfast but no one came so she left and went somewhere else!
Overall I wasn't impressed, this wouldn't be on the top of my list in the future!
