The woman doing the overnight check ins was the only bad part. She was very rude and impatient. She was very bothered by the time we checked in and when we apologized for the inconvenience she said we weren't the only ones who ruined her night and made her run behind. With the money we spend on staying somewhere nice it is ridiculous to have that kind of service.

Hit all the necessities. Nothing too fancy, but just what we expected. Offered snacks and drinks. We didn’t partake but it appeared several did. Great location to Union Station. Lombardo’s restaurant in building was also fantastic. Friend staff and clean.

I always love staying in this hotel when I come to St. Louis. It’s close to the aquarium and Wheel and within walking distance if you are going to a concert at Enterprise center. Breakfast is the best I’ve seen in any hotel and the evening kickback is an added bonus with 3 free drinks and food for the guests for each night. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you need something.
