We had such an enjoyable experience! The staff were very nice and the evening bar tender was super nice! The appetizers were so good and made the evening perfect! The room was clean and quiet all night! The breakfast was also superb!! I really enjoyed my stay!

Everyone was super nice and made checking in, parking, and finding out room very easy. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the free afternoon drinks and food. Beautiful hotel.
I did not like that at 8 am, my mom had stepped out of the room and I was about to get in the shower and I heard the door open. I walked out of the bathroom and around the corner thinking it was my mom and it was housekeeping.. this is way to early to come in a room at least knock and make yourself known.

Easy check-In, helpful staff, loved the parking garage, and off street area to unload luggage. Very quiet room with an extremely comfortable bed. We will be back for another stay soon!!

We were putting a room that was like a closet no windows and the AC did not work inside the room. We were then transferred to a room with only one bed and we had four guests. We were given a small rollout bed for the other to sleep on. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was because I wish the indoor pool had been warmer. However it was warm enough for my 5 year old to play in there so that's what matters most. I appreciated the pool's night hours. The location is great and it is what led us to pick this hotel. Breakfast was good especially the make your own waffle. My family enjoyed the free popcorn and soda. My husband and I thought the free nightly drink allowance was generous.

We loved the area and where the hotel was located. So many things to do with in walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the night desk clerk was very rude. We had gotten a few snacks from the market room and when we went to pay for our items she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her and was extremely short with us.

The woman doing the overnight check ins was the only bad part. She was very rude and impatient. She was very bothered by the time we checked in and when we apologized for the inconvenience she said we weren't the only ones who ruined her night and made her run behind. With the money we spend on staying somewhere nice it is ridiculous to have that kind of service.
