Our experience was amazing!!
The room was clean. The front desk woman who checked us in was friendly.
However the obnoxious gentlemen who was literally screaming and playing with another woman’s child while she checked in, was annoying and not what I wanted to be welcomed with the moment we entered the hotel.
Also it is 2023 the bar was closed upon arrival and did not stay open past 9….

Overall, a wonderful experience at the Last Hotel.
Cons: inconsistent staff kindness/helpfulness. Like so many places right now, they seem to be understaffed and some employees handle that load better than others. We experienced quite an outburst from one valet employee but noted that most are trying to be as helpful as possible with what they have. There also were only a handful of rooms ready by check-in, but they let us use their pool in the meantime.
Pros: Awesome pool - great view. Our room??? Stunning! We felt spoiled and slept like babies. Truly beautiful renovations, great craftsmanship and fun personality. Hotel felt safe even in the midst of a louder part of town with a rough nightlife.
Tip: it’s expensive but pay for valet. They were prompt in their service, the gated lots nearby don’t have in and out privileges, and you’ll want to keep your car off the street overnight.

The bartenders at the downstairs bar were super cool. Very relaxed. Cool people all around. Location is awesome as well.

We stayed for our daughters 18th bday! Was a cool hotel & great staff!!!! The pink on the roof was cool 😎 Rooms were a little pricey but overall we would definitely come back!!!

The stay was a 10 , the bartender on the roof yesterday was amazing and her personality was absolutely incredible, the valet service also excellent and are stay was incredible, we will be back

I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. I was expecting something nice, and instead got a cheaply renovated old building that hasn’t been properly maintained or cleaned. The bathroom walls were gross, there was a stain on the carpet, no robes, no ice bucket or ice machine, and there was dust in the vent blowing AC on us while we slept. Everything felt cheap and rushed. Even the windows felt flimsy. I glad I got it for cheap on points because over all it was a major disappointment. Also there is no parking. There is valet for $40 or you can park in a public pay lot or find street parking. Not at all as it was advertised.
