AC Hotel St. Louis Central West End Reviews

The staff and room was great! We only stayed one night and didn't utilize room service, so can't speak to those. If you're looking for somewhere near Forest Park, I can't recommend this enough.

The room is very clean and spacious. It is close to the University of Washington in St. Louis. This hotel ranks No. 1 on Ctrip's list of best-selling hotels near St. Louis. After checking in, it really lives up to its reputation!

Because I had to stay near the University of Washington, I chose this hotel, which gave me a very good stay experience and I am willing to recommend it to my friends.

Nice room facilities

The hotel itself was very nice and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Neenee Pointer, the lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. Her beautiful personality shone thru as she filled us in on all the great places/dishes to try in the immediate area. And she was correct on her suggestions. My picky teenage son was in heaven when we had dinner at the El Borro Loco. Neenee also made my cranky daughter smile during our interactions. She’s very professional, sweet, and makes sure you are happy with your accommodations. We had a loose toilet seat in our bathroom and she took care of that right away. She also volunteered to hold our luggage so we could have breakfast at the diner around the corner right after we checked out. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. The gentlemen who was the valet that day was also so helpful. It was raining and he rain to my car for me for our umbrellas so we could walk to dinner. I think this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with hotel staff. Please reward NeeNee Pointer. She is very deserving.

Appreciated that our room was very clean & well-appointed; also, that it was very clean. One thing that could have been better was for curtain to completely close so lights from parking garage across the street didn’t shine in the room… also morning sun.

The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom is huge. The shower was modern, with rain head available. The bath products were also good-Korres brand. The staff was wonderful, Keith and Anthony stood out. The area felt safe, and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful! We had somehow mixed up our date of departure and they were able to book us to stay another night in the same room. The location was great and hotel a perfect place to stay. Happy hour was a real plus!

Best thing about the stay was the nice bathroom. You get charged extra $35/day for parking, $16/person for breakfast. Sheets had questionable stains, glass doors were loud, front desk staff was rude and lack decent hospitality, would look at you as if you're homeless if you're in your pajamas. You get charged $600 if you overstay and do not get informed about this until you get to your room. Will never stay here again.

Everything was great feom start to finish! I would stay here again & recommend!
