It is a very nice hotel with free parking There’s a very nice Thai restaurant nearby Lovely stay there

The rooms are spacious, staff service is great but the bathroom doors get stuck in every room we've stayed in here at the double tree

Very good, the hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is only 30 minutes away from the airport. There is a slightly older lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and friendly. Except that the hotel price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, everything else is satisfactory!

Very convenient. The accommodation has a good view, is clean and has complete equipment. There's also some snacks.

Overall it was good, the room was big. Because of something, I had to adjust my schedule temporarily and check out early, and the front desk agreed

Wonderful check in lady. Older property, hard beds, pillows too large make a not so great night of rest.

Everyone was so helpful! The only negative comment I will make is that the buffet breakfast was very understaffed. The woman working by herself in the dining area was doing a great job for her situation but certainly needs additional help.

There were a lot of teenagers running around and being loud. The front desk staff didn’t care.

Pleasant weekend stay at this hotel with our cat, who really enjoyed exploring the room. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice tub, bed was comfortable. Gym was small but well-equipped. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Dover restaurant. Location is wonderful, near a small pond with walking path and near other shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful, courteous, professional. Will stay here again!

Loved the whirlpool room. Closet too small, not functional. Many options for dining. Convenient location.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of this property was awful. There was pee on the toilet seat and surrounding bowl in our room, which I cleaned so my son could use. There was hair on the pillows and inside the sheets of one of the beds and the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. Had we not just got in from 30 hours of travel from Thailand I would have gone to further lengths to get a different room. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

The overall hotel was fine but the rooms were so HOT. There was so no way to control the temperature. We had to sleep with a window open and the window didn’t even open very far. When I called the front desk about how uncomfortable it was in the room they said this was a common complaint and there wasn’t anything they could do. We also had friends staying on the floor below and they also complained about the temperature. Needless to say no one slept well because of the room temperature. We will never stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the delicious cookies. The staff was great!
