You can tell the staff and management are proud of their property! They were friendly and welcoming - each time - you stopped by the desk.
The rooms were perfectly maintained, the temp control was easy to use and did a great job of keeping the room a steady temp.
The pool was warm and felt good for a place to stretch after a long day and the hot tub was the perfect temp (hot, but not boiling).
Breakfast was organized and provided a variety of cold and hot offerings (there’s no waffle maker, so warn your children).
For dining, a TGiF is next door or explore the options 1/2 mile in the “West End” retail area, an easy to place walk to or place an order for pick up or delivery! (Crave is always a great option)
I stayed 2 nights and will return on another visit to the Twin Cities.

Good basic hotel with truly friendly and welcoming staff. Not in the heart of all the Twin Cities has to offer, but conveniently located to get to downtown in about 15-30 min depending on time of day, and several decent dining options within about 15 minutes walk. Breakfast is adequate, our room was spacious and comfortable. I'd asked for an extra pillow and extra towels through the app and they were waiting in the room for us. Would stay again.

This was our first time to this hotel and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted as we entered (a rarity anymore) and the check-in was smoothly done. The breakfast were always warm, and a shout out to the staff taking care of them. Sunday, it just seemed like there were people there the entire time, but the staff performed so well, and were on top of things! The checkout was quick and easy, with the hotel being a short distant from many neat places! I highly recommend this hotel for the great staff, great breakfast, and location!

Hesitate to post. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ok. Very clean hallways and lobby. Our room had an odd shape and maneuvering around the bed was a challenge. A divot in the floor could have created an unbalanced person concern.
