酒店地理位置得天獨厚，就在古城門邊上，坐市內或者去聖米歇爾山的公交車站都非常近，3分鐘的路程就有家樂福超市。酒店前台服務生，態度熱情，耐心解決客人提出的問題，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店公區雖然陳舊，但房間的設施還是不錯的。酒店收費合理，早餐倒是不建議在酒店吃，品種單一，咖啡居然是膠囊咖啡，無法想象這是在法國。總體來説，酒店性價比超高！

A magnificent castle within a castle. A hotel full of character. The Michelin star restaurant was amazing and the service made me feel completely comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choice and it was all great.

The room is overall clean and the design is very atmospheric. The location is close to the sea. I can see the sea from my window, but it is far from the station. It is inconvenient for me with a suitcase

J'ai effectué une réservation en m'appuyant, en toute naïveté, sur les photos proposées par l'hôtel sur le site. J'ai eu la désagréable sensation d'être trompée lorsque j'ai ouvert la porte de ma chambre.
La chambre n'avait absolument rien à voir avec les photos exposées, nous étions sur une chambre d'un autre temps, vieillissante et absolument pas moderne comme celle que j'avais pu choisir via le site.
Je peux tout à fait comprendre qu'un hôtel ne puisse refaire l'intégralité de ses chambre en une fois, cependant, la réservation d'une chambre se fait sur photo, c'est un contrat, ce qui veut dire qu'en l'espèce l'hôtel ne respecte pas son engagement et trompe ses clients. Nous devrions pouvoir avoir un visu sur l'éventail des possibilités en termes de chambres et ainsi réserver en connaissance de cause.
Je trouve cela regrettable et à la limite de la malhonnêteté.

Hotel posto all'interno delle vecchie mura, molto comodo per poter visitare Saint Malò. Camera abbastanza ampia con un bagno ricavato con un certo ingegno da un angolo. Peccato per la doccia senza tenda. Orribile la moquette arancione negli spazi comuni .

What a lovely hotel right in the city walls with an underground car park. We only had a basic room for 1 night but it was very good- a lovely super king bed and a good shower. The young lady on reception, I wish we’d asked her name, was so lovely and helpful with everything. We would definitely go again. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.

Hôtel très bien situé aux pieds des remparts dans une rue au calme mais en coeur de vieille ville. un parking public se trouve juste devant (gratuit la nuit)très appréciable . Petits déjeuners copieux et gourmands. personnel sympa.
