Tuvimos que dejar el hotel e irnos a otro despues de haber pagado. L habitacion y la cama corresponden a un hotel de como mucho dos estrellas. En l recepcion fueron muy desagradables y no hubo manera de cambiar. Encontramos un hotel 3 estrellas muy superior, mejor decorado, mejor situadp - frente al mar- y con una habitación muy superior por menos dinero. En fin una experiencia desagradable que es mejor olvidat

We chose this hotel for the spa and relaxation area. Surprise on arrival - Spa closed during the whole of our 2 day stay. Swimming pool closed! No wifi in the bedroom! Don’t set your expectations too high, this hotel has nothing to do with 4 star facilities. No comment about the personnel, the lack of facilities is out of their hands and apparently in 2023 everything will be perfect so don’t hold your breath!

Wij waren hier voor vijf dagen in halfpension. Het hotel is goed gelegen, op 100m. van de Plage du Sillon, net achter het vijfsterrenhotel Les Thermes de Saint-Malo. Pluspunt is de rustige ligging, 's nachts hoor je absoluut niets. Het onthaal is vriendelijk, net als het personeel in het restaurant. Wij hadden een superieure kamer met 2 bedden, ruim genoeg en met alle nodige accomodatie. Je kan parking reserveren in de tuin van het hotel aan 15 EUR per nacht (plaatsen beperkt !) Het ontbijt is compleet en lekker. Het avondeten (halfpension = 3 gangendiner met keuze) is top, heel lekker. Bij mooi weer kan je buiten eten. Qua voorzieningen is er een binnenzwembad (11 m. lang). Saint-Malo intra muros is ongeveer 1/2 uur te voet, maar je kan ook een bus nemen (nr. 6), halte is vlak om de hoek. Kortom, er is weinig negatiefs aan te merken op dit hotel. Wij keren zeker terug !!

Rapport qualité prix décevant
La chambre n'était pas ultra propre, joint de baignoire plein de moisissures, odeur de "remontée d'égouts" dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Le lit dur comme du bois ! Sinon les plus la piscine est belle, l'eau est malheureusement plutôt froide...le p'tit déjeuner est sympa heureusement pour 17 euros tout de même ! L'emplacement n'est pas idéal si on n'est pas véhiculé, il faut aimé marcher pour rejoindre intra muros !

Cet hotel date des années 80. Nos chambres n'étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. A fuir !!

Personnel très sympathique.les chambres auraient besoin d un bon rafraîchissement.tarif pour un animal très cher 25€/jour parking payant 15/jour très cher belle piscine mais eau pas chauffée.

Stayed here on a recent visit to Saint Malo. 50 metres from the promenade in a lovely quarter of the beach front properties. Lovely French hotel with swimming pool and spa. Food is deliciously good and reasonably priced. Staff are excellent and extremely pleasant on arrival and throughout our stay. One of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed in.
