We were delighted with our stay at the Neptunia in one of the best arranged self catered accomodation I have been - it is small but everything has been thought of to be functional - the closet bed was of excellent quality, the kitchen had all that was needed for a week including a small dishwasher. Whenever we missed a towel or a pillow, the staff was quick and reactive. A plus was the croissanterie service to have fresh pastries every morning for breakfast!

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence. Le service est de qualité avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment à Saint Malo. Possibilité de bénéficier des restaurants de la thalassothérapie et de la piscine. La proximité de la place est aussi un atout.

Neptunia, le lieu idéal entre le BAR, les restaurants (CAP HORN et VERRIERE) et bien entendu les soins au sous-sol en gardant le charme, le luxe, le confort d'un établissement 5 Etoiles : c'est EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!

Une prestation constante de qualité, merci à toute l’équipe et principalement aux kinés : Nicolae. Juste une odeur de cigarette désagréable en entrant dans le studio, qui s’estompait après aération. Proche de la mer’ du Sillon, et d’intra muros, cela permet de vraiment profiter de ce que la mer peut nous apporter. Merci.

Fonctionnel, bien équipé, bien situé (accès direct à la Thalasso, plage à 50 mètres, Carrefour Market à 3 minutes à pied) Sympa de trouver des dosettes de liquide vaisselle et produit nettoyant, torchon, PQ, shampooing, gel douche, savon, éponge, lingettes Terrasse exposée Sud-Est agréable (sauf le ballet de camionnettes de lingerie au pied de l'immeuble) Seul point d'amélioration : remplacer la cafetière électrique par une Nespresso.

Studio très bien aménagé et équipé. Literie dans l'entrée comme dans la pièce principale est de très bonne qualité. L'accès direct à la thalasso est un bonheur. La boulangerie au RDC est pratique et de bonne qualité.

Séjour agréable mais nous trouvons que la literie est devenue plus ferme ( affaissée ) . Le prix de la location reste cependant assez cher pour une basse saison . D autre part le statut gold n apporte que très peu d avantage , les soins en plus proposés ne peuvent être utilisés car valable sur la dernière journée or nous partons . Ce qui serait plus agréable en tant que fidèle client c est d avoir un rabais sur le séjour soit la location soit la thalasso. Merci de votre compréhension
